At GoldiQ (Prime Jewelry Co.), we ensure that your jewelry reaches you safely, securely, and on time. As we serve a global clientele, we partner with trusted logistics providers to handle high-value shipments.

1. Production & Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

Since most of our jewelry is handcrafted to your specific requirements (size, metal, diamond quality), we follow a Make-to-Order model.

  • Manufacturing Time: Custom or made-to-order jewelry pieces typically take 7–14 business days for production, quality checking, and certification before dispatch.
  • Order Confirmation: The exact estimated timeline will be confirmed with you via Email/WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and Indian Public Holidays.

2. International Shipping

We offer secure international shipping to selected countries across the USA, European Union, UK, UAE, and others.

  • Logistics Partners: We use premium carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Sequel/Brinks (for high-value commercial exports) to ensure safety.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, international shipments typically take 5–10 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs (Important)

For all international orders (shipping outside India):

  • Customer Responsibility: All shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means product prices do not include import duties, VAT, or local taxes.
  • Payment: As per the destination country’s laws, the customer is liable to pay any applicable customs duties or taxes directly to the courier company or customs authority at the time of delivery.
  • Non-Payment: If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to us, the return shipping cost + Indian import duty will be deducted from any refund/advance payment.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on the destination, package weight, and order value.
  • The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout (or included in your Proforma Invoice for B2B orders).
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Please check our current offers.

5. Insurance & Security

  • Fully Insured: All GoldiQ shipments are 100% insured during transit. You are financially protected until the package is delivered to your doorstep.
  • Secure Packaging: We use tamper-proof metal boxes and sealed packaging to ensure the safety of the contents.
  • ID Proof: For high-value deliveries, the courier partner may request a valid Government ID proof and signature upon delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
