Sizing: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct ring size or measurement.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice (based on gold/diamond market fluctuations).

5. International Orders & Customs Duties (Important)

For customers purchasing from outside India (e.g., USA, UK, EU, UAE):

Customs & Import Taxes: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Responsibility: GoldiQ has no control over these charges. All additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

6. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email provided at the time the order was made.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
